Terms of Use
ChartLens is an educational technical-analysis tool. It does not provide financial, investment or trading advice, has no relationship with you beyond reading the images you submit, and is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Using it means accepting that trading decisions and their consequences are entirely yours.

1. What ChartLens is
ChartLens analyses trading chart images and returns an educational breakdown: trend structure, support and resistance levels, classical chart patterns, and an example plan including an invalidation condition. Analyses are produced by an AI model reading an image and can be wrong.
2. What ChartLens is not
- It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing in it should be treated as a personal recommendation.
- It has no knowledge of your circumstances, capital, objectives or risk tolerance, and no fiduciary duty to you.
- It cannot connect to a broker or exchange, and cannot place a trade.
- It does not predict prices, and makes no claim about future returns.
Markets carry risk, including the total loss of your capital. Past performance — including any figure published in our track record — does not indicate future results.
3. The track record
We publish outcomes for analyses that made a falsifiable claim. Those figures describe whether levels were touched, measured against exchange candle data. They do not model fees, slippage, partial fills or position management, and they are not a representation of what any person would have earned. 4. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old and legally able to enter a contract where you live. Do not use ChartLens where doing so would breach local law or the rules of a firm you trade for.
5. Subscriptions and billing
ChartLens includes a free tier: 3 analyses on install and one additional analysis each week. ChartLens Pro is offered at $5.99 weekly, $12.99 monthly, or $49.99 annually, with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan. Prices vary by App Store region; the app shows your local price before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel at any time in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the paid period ends.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. We cannot issue them directly.
- "Unlimited" analyses are subject to a fair-use ceiling of 300 analyses per month, which exists to prevent automated abuse.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Automate, script or resell access to the service.
- Attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits or entitlement checks.
- Submit images you do not have the right to submit, or that contain other people’s personal information.
- Present ChartLens output as advice to others, or as your own professional recommendation.
- Reverse engineer the service or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission.
We may suspend access that breaches these terms.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the images you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them for the purpose of producing your analysis, including sending them to our AI analysis provider. Images are deleted once the analysis resolves or after 30 days — see the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it. Analysis depends on third-party model and market-data providers, and may be unavailable, delayed or degraded. Features may change or be withdrawn.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChartLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will carry a new effective date here. Continuing to use ChartLens after a change means you accept the updated terms.
