Reports

Once a month we publish what the AI’s analysis actually did: how many calls resolved, how many reached their first target, average realised R, and which patterns held up. The reports include the losing months, because a report series that only appears in good months is an advertising channel.

The first report

The first monthly report publishes once enough analyses have resolved to say anything meaningful. Until then the live track record shows the current state, including how far off the threshold we are.

What each report contains

  • Resolved analyses in the period, and how many are still open.
  • First-target hit rate and average realised R, overall and by pattern.
  • The worst call of the month and what went wrong with it.
  • Any change to the model, the prompt or the scoring rules — and why.

That third item is not modesty. A method change that quietly improves the numbers is indistinguishable from a method that works, unless the changes are published alongside the results.
