Email support@chartlens.app and a human will reply. If it is about a subscription, include the date of purchase; if it is about a specific analysis, the approximate time you ran it is enough to find it.

Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, tap ChartLens, then Cancel Subscription. It does not go through us, and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
I paid but the app still shows the free tier.
Tap Restore Purchases in Settings, or on the paywall. If that does not resolve it within a minute, email us with the date of purchase and we will sort it.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. We cannot issue them directly, but tell us what went wrong so we can fix the cause.
My analysis was rejected. Was I charged?
No. If ChartLens cannot read your image it refunds the credit automatically, every time. If your balance looks wrong after a rejection, email us.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Delete my data. It removes your analyses, outcomes, uploaded images and credits from our servers immediately. It does not cancel a subscription — do that in Apple’s settings.
Do you support Android?
Not currently, and there is no timeline. ChartLens is iPhone-only.
Reporting a bad analysis
Use the thumbs-down control on the analysis itself. That is not a satisfaction survey — flagged analyses are reviewed and the failure modes they reveal get added to the fixed test set the model is checked against before every change. It is the most direct way to improve the product.
Corrections to this site
If a comparison page, a statistic or a pattern definition here is wrong, tell us and it gets corrected — including when the correction is unflattering to us.
